I've been reading nearly all the posts on the hazards of arc flash...etc. And really need to learn more, especially something I can relay to the rest of my crew. Sadly as I believe is the case all over the country, I think training in this area is poor if even existing. Any advise or info in this realm would be appreciated by my family.

I have personally trained hundreds of EC's on 70E compliance, dont do it anymore but there are several good companies that offer the training, there are also many very poor programs out there that are a waste of your time and money.

Your entire crew needs to be "qualified" per tthe NFPA 70E and OSHA training requirements. It is time to get your crew propwerly trained.
