No, the 2020 NEC in 110.16(A) only requires a general arc flash warning label. Service equipment rated 1,200A or greater gets the arc flash label with the detailed information in 110.16(B).
In the 2023 NEC the service equipment label is now also applicable to all feeder-supplied equipment rated 1,000A or greater. But they removed the list of required information, instead saying "The arc flash label shall be in accordance with applicable industry practice and include the date the label was applied." Without that list to enforce it's up to the AHJ what information has to be shown on the label. Most likely it's going to need a study done to determine the arc fault incident energy.
