A breaker does not have a rating, especially as a breaker cannot protect it self.
However the piece of equipment this breaker is installed in, may very well have a rating of only 1.2 cal/cm?. It all depends on the amount of shorct circuit current available and the speed of the upstream protective device.
Or, are you talking about this breaker being able to protect a downstream item?
