Arc flash studies / labels

We are doing a remodel project (commercial). We have to use some existing spare/ some new breakers from existing 120/208V, 277/480V panelboards.
Do we have to do arc flash studies, labels, etc for this scope of work?
 
Probably not an arc flash study. The NEC is an installation standard, not a safety standard. Arc Flash requirements are in NFPA 70E. 70E is enforceable only if adopted by some gov agency. If you are under OSHA, it applies.
But the NEC requires arc flash hazard labels, see 110.16
