I don’t see in 210.12 where bathroom light are on a ARC breaker? Does anybody know where it say’s it in the code book?
They would only be required to be on an AFCI if the lights were also in other rooms on this same circuit that required AFCI.
Example: Lights in bathroom was on the same circuit as the bedroom lights, then AFCI would be required. Bath lights on with just the bath, or single circuit just for the bath lights, no AFCI required.

If any of the switches controlling the bathroom lights are outside of the bathroom such as in a hallway or bedroom, the circuit supplying the switches would require AFCI protection.
