Are GFCI Breakers required on the range and dryer for a service change?

Normally not for a service change with no alteration to the branch circuits but it would be best to confirm that with the local jurisdiction. Some have more stringent rules.;

For range receptacle:
Can't find any GFCI requirement for dwelling range appliance receptacle, if not serving the counters, or within 6ft of sinks.

For 240v clothes dryer receptacle:
If installed after Colorado adopted the 2020 NEC, owner & panel flipper are subject to "joint and several liability" for missing GFCI violation.

"Joint & Several Liability" can make a 1% responsible contractor --for installing wrong parts-- 100% liable for damages.
