Are receptacles allowed inside a wall cavity?

This is inside a wall cavity and there's an access panel to get to the receptacle in the wall.

I couldn't find anything in article 406 that would prohibit this.

I agree with Ron, accessible based on the Article 100 definition is all that's required.
