Are reducer washers ok for outdoor use?

I punched a hole on the side of a gutter. Suppose to have been 2" grabbed the 2 1/2" Pops didn't like that! Oh well poop happens. Thank you for your help. Happy holidays too.

Thats a problem, reducing washers are not for sealing. You might have to use a 2.5" Meyers hub with a reducing bushing. $$$

If the run is very short you might just be better off using 2.5" conduit.
