NEC Table 514.3(B)(2) states that for CNG dispensing device, Class I Div 1 is classified as the entire space within the dispenser enclosure and Class I Div 2 is classified as 5ft. in all directions from the dispenser enclosure.
For CNG Time-fill stations, does the dispenser enclosure only cover the dispenser nozzle? or does it also include the time-fill posts and fuel line all the way back to the compressor? This is a bit confusing since time-fill stations do not have a traditional dispenser enclosure as seen in gas stations. I appreciate any help in clarifying this. Thanks.
