Armoured Grounding of Single core LV cable

I am facing issue regarding glands are heated up of single core 630 sqmm cable.
Actually both side armoured is connected with glands but earth Tag of single end is connected to Ground.. other end earth tag of gland not connected to ground but just fixed with gland plate.

Could anyone advise , shall we isolate one side of armoured from gland and other side to be properly connected to ground.

Sir , my point is that Armour of single core cable should be grounding at one end or both end
