I have an on going argument , maybe you can help. It is my understanding that circuits with dedicated neutrals should identified as well. Taping, wiretye the ungrounded conductor to its neutral. Is this incorrect? and how do i prove my point?

Here is what the NEC states.

210.4 Multiwire Branch Circuits.

(D) Grouping. The ungrounded and grounded conductors of each multiwire branch circuit shall be grouped by wire ties or similar means in at least one location within the panelboard or other point of origination.
Exception: The requirement for grouping shall not apply if the circuit enters from a cable or raceway unique to the circuit that makes the grouping obvious.

when you say "circuits" with a dedicated neutral, do you mean 2 circuits 1 neutral. Or 1 phase conductor 1 neutral ?

One phase conductor one neutral, no requirement to identify the neutral to the phase conductor. good idea, just not required.
