Came across section 215.2(A)(2) and wondered if it should be making reference to Table 250.102(C)(1) rather than Table 250.102??

Thoughts?

I think you mean 250.122. And no 250.122 is correct.

A service neutral/grounded conductor could be as small as an GEC, T250.66, but a feeder neutral/grounded conductor could be as small as an EGC, T250.122.
