The ampacity of conductors from the "generator terminal" to the first distribution device containing over curret protection.

Are this conductors part of the internal wiring of the generator or these conductors going to the service equiptment?

It is what it says. In most cases the 1st undercurrent protection is in or at the generator. In some case you have terminals and the 1st over current device is remote from the generator.
