Art 517-13 health care lighting

Let me set this layout up for consideration ..... I have and exam room in a company health clinic ,the room has 6 layin fixtures the switch ican be outside the room or inside the room with conduit providing reduntant ground. Finally my question ..... can I wire the fixtures with Re-Loc wiring with and insulated ground . Thanks for you input

Only if the re-loc sheath itself is listed as an egc. This would mean that the re-loc would have to be manufactured using AC cable and not MC cable.

Exception #2 to 517.13(B) only permits you to omit the insulated equipment grounding conductor, not the requirement that the wiring method itself qualify and an egc.

I have searched for a "re-lok" type wiring system that is rated for Health-Care and have not found one. Does anyone know of an available product ?
