question...as general care areas, would 517-13 a&b apply to new state prison const. of a support bldg that houses a medical area w/rms designated on plans as exam-triage-emergency-ward-dental-xray, etc.??
This area is not what one normally would consider as a "hospital", but does provide medical care to a restrained population. Any serious or life threatening issues are transported to a full blown healthcare facility.
Would the wiring methods still require hospital grade mc cable and receps?
