I would suggest you ask your AHJ. In general, the NEC says doors are on the equipment branch.

However, the LS branch does list "mechanical, control, and other accessories as required for effective life safety systems operations". that could be subject to various interpretations.

And here in Illinois, I believe we have a state code that requires egress doors to be on the LS branch.

So it can vary by location also.

The NEC requires electrically powered doors used for building egress to be connected to the Life safety system per 517.33(H).
I am not sure if that is what the OP is asking though.
