What is the "Electrical Circuit Protective System" discussed in 695.6(H) ??

This is a 2 hour rated system for conductors. Used when you are using a feeder to supply a fire pump controller and it runs through the building. Would not be allowed where service conductors are run directly to the fire pump controller as they would have to be "outside" the building. VitaLink MC is a popular one these days.
Edit to add: "Electrical Circuit Protective System" is a UL standard. I forgot the letter code for it but it is in the White Book.
