I want to share a raceway with class 1 &2 circuits, this is for a power door operator. The equipment is associated and I plan to use THHN 600 volt rated insulation for both circuits.
I will re-classify and label the class 2 power supply (assuming it does not say class 2 only) I have read and re-read art 725 and I believe this is a code compliant installation. Just 1 quick questions, is this code compliant?

I think what you want to do is ok. Keep in mind once you "re-classify" it - the entire control circuit is now class 1 circuit - you can not run through the raceway you wish to run through and then adapt back to class 2 methods, or use a class 2 only rated pushbutton.
