Art 830 Broadband

Has anyone seen an Article 830 Network Powered Broadband System? Its been in the NEC since the 99 or 02 version.

i could be wrong as i havent bothered to look at it, but i think it covers things like CATV systems which have 60v on the 'trunk' lines to power amplifiers and such. On larger buildings such as apartment complexes, office buildings, etc this powered line often extends into the building.
