Art gallery commercial track lighting

The current lighting system has support cables in the electrical conduit with the conductors. This is stubbed out at the fixture. The conductors run to the fixture the support cables to frame. I'm pretty sure this is a code violation. What do you think. Thank you for your time. S.K.

Appears to be a commercial system, 2 circuits to each track system, probably around 20 years old. Thank you for your response .

I don’t have a code reference for you, but I’m picturing something similar to ceiling fans that have a support cable going through the down rod with the conductors, and being the instructions list to install this way, I would think your install falls under a similar scope?
