hope everyone is having a good summer so far.

got hit with a violation on 250.97 480volt into safety switch concentric kos.(we did not bond pipe to switch)

this ia a square d heavy duty safety switch.

ive been checking the white book cant seem to locate or find if the concentric kos on this switch are an approved ground fault path.

im kind of leaning toward that they are not no matter how hard it was to get out.

ok got that thing is does the concentric kos on the switch have the ul listing of qcit for steel metal boxes.

The 2011 NEC handbook has a great illustration in bonding jumper definitions. He called the voilation for continuity of the raceway? Did you install an EGC or were you using the EMT as such? By the initial OP I can only assume that both ends of the raceway end up in some sort of eccentric KO.
