What means ''Physical Damage'' according to NEC...

To be considered as ''physical damage'' must it happen during accidentally or during a normal sitation......

Although not a direct answer to Bobby's question, I would agree with Ryan on 90.4. I would take it to the AHJ making the call. What is their adopted definition and if they distinguish between physical damage by accident or normal situation. I don't think normal or accidental would make it any less damaged one way or the other but I have enough trouble with plain English let alone double talk.
