Article 445.18(A)

If a single 75 kva 240 volt 1 phase generator is going to be installed to provide backup power to two houses and two disconnects are installed at the generator and a 4 wire feeder is run from each disconnect to a service rated transfer switch an each dwelling, does the provisions of 445.18(A) still apply since generator will not be a separately derived system?

I do not see a 445.18(A).

And I do not get how requirements for a disconnecting means is related to whether it is SDS or non - SDS.
