Does Article 450-10 pertain to fences that surround an area that houses pad-mounted equipment such as transformers or does it pertain to equipment in the close vicinity of the transformer? If I have an area that houses pad-mounted equipment such as transformers and the area is surrounded by a brick wall that is supported by steel columns, do I need to bond the steel columns to the trasnformer ground grid?
