Article 700, 701, 702

I am working to a commercial office building. I can find no where in these articles that tells me what I am allowed to put on the different branches. Is it up to me to use my judgement?

In the past I have had Art. 517 to tell me exactly what goes were but it doesn't seem to be the case here.

I would appreciate any help/direction.

For 700 & 701 the requirements are outside the NEC and will be found in other Building Codes.

Read 700.1 & 701.2

For 702 it is basically what you and / or the owner decide.

Some localities may have some amended rules to 702 though, but per the pure wording of 702 nothing is mandatory.
