I need a summary of how the NEC fits a ?generalized? scope for installing non conductive fiber.

Do I need to pull permits for these conditions.

a. Use of existing conduit from pole to compound or building

b. Use of existing conduit inside of building

c. Trenching to building or compound

d. Coring into building or compound and installing new RGS

e. Installing new EMT in building

f. Coring through floors and installing new EMT

The NEC does not regulate when a permit is required, that would be up to the AHJ to decide.
