ASCO ATS error code

We have an ASCO ATS:

ASCO Cat# J7ACTBB30150N5XM ser# 1447036WE Group 5 Break before make
150A, 480V, 3-P dwg 806097-849 SO 1844943

and are showing the hardware error code on the display of the 7000 series controller: hardware error 40
Anyone ever encounter this and how to reset to home screen?
And yes I have contacted ASCO support who recommends a power reboot but looking for other options.

I was given the wrong info on this.
The error code was on the ASCO Power Meter display not the group 5 controller.
I was onsite last week and was able to reset the display by power cycling (rebooting) both the 3-phase AC voltage
sensing and the 24VDC control voltage.
