I am looking for a source drawings/ schematics for vintage ASCO ATS's that I service from time to time. I have a pretty good library now but once in a while I run into an oddball. For instance I have a 1600A ASCO Cat# 302B1141,
serial# 84103-Y. O&M manual# 1D4191 with a bypass switch. I need the O&M
and schematic/wiring diag.
Any ideas.
Don't ask me to contact ASCO because they don't want you to waste their time.

This seems to be their MO lately. We just had a fiasco with a 3000 amp switch, the field techs were good and gave it their all but they had little support from the upper level people.

They also won't certify the remedy that they suggested.

Right here.
You'd think a company that was so well regarded in the past would think twice before they turned the corner as hard as they have lately. I take that a little bit personally. I really like (maybe liked, past tense?) ASCO, but it seems pretty widely regarded that their support and customer service can't suck enough as of late.
