ASHRAE 90.1-2019, Section 8.4.2 (Switched outlet requirement):
One of acceptable methods is using schedule-based/timer-based –
This method turns receptacles off at specific programmed times.
This standard requires an independent program schedule for controlled areas of
no more than 5,000 ft2 and not more than one floor.
In addition, the occupant shall be able to manually override this device for up to two hours.

To meet above code, we can use a electrical panel with integral main breaker/contactor and timer to power all
switched outlet circuits but how can we meet the last line of code? i.e. manually override for max. two hours?
Is there a product out there for this application?

Just don't forget to make the receptacles as "controlled" in accordance with 406.3(E) so the end users know not to plug any loads into those receptacles :D :D
