Trying to figure out how best to light an apartment unit while meeting ASHRAE 90.1-2007. If we put in a ceiling fan with light kit, does the fan count against the lighting power budget, or only the light kit? If only the light kit, does the fan count against the HVAC budget?
I know, I know, this isn't NEC related... It would be nice to have an "energy efficiency" forum opened up here as questions like this are only going to increase in the electrical & design community.
