I have an light meter which reads lux/foot candles. Is there any correlation from light readings to watts per square foot?

ron Senior Member Location New York, 40.7514,-73.9925 Oct 19, 2012 #2 The efficiency of the fixture makes it impossible to make that conversion accurately. Just use a clamp-on amp meter and calculated the wattage for all of the lighting circuits. Then you can relate it to W / sq-ft
