ATS as disconnecting means on the secondary of a Xfmr.

Here's the pic: 480V Em-Gen, Fused Safety Disconnect Sw, Feeds 150KVA Xfmr.
Xfmr feeds ATS which feeds MLO Dist. Panel, in the same room, within 15'.
Question: is a Disconnecting Means required before the Dist. Panel?

I'd say overcurrent protection is probably required or you would have a violation of 240.21(C).
 
I agree with Steve66 (Post #2). Since you have a wye secondary, you have to provide secondary overcurrent protection and no 240.21(C) sections seems to allow any relief from that rule.
