Please see attached sketch. Have bldg #2 feeding bldg #1 thru underground feeder #1.
Bldg #1 has emergency generator, two ATS one standby and one emergency and emergency panelboard and standby panelboard which feed both bldg #1 and bldg #2.
Feeder #2 and feeder #3 feed bldg #1 two ATS from feeder breakers in bldg #2.
Would NEC 2017 section 225 exception allow the feeder #1 & #2 or not?
