Is it a "wet location"? What type of construction is it: Type I,II,III,IV, or V ? What is the occupancy group? R,S,U,B,etc.

I am not sure you will find it in the code however, you may need to protect nm cable when penetrating a concrete wall if the inspector considers it subject to physical damage. I usually put a sleeve of pvc thru the wall.
