Attaching conduit to the allthread of other trades. Post-tensioned slab.

The project needs to run some 1" conduit across a recently build (two years or so) garage.

I'm checking in if there's any new prohibition on hooking to the securement means by other trades
(other than the well know rule that you don't want to tee off a plumber) ?

The issue is the ceiling has 3/4" of decorative "insulation", but more importantly it's a post-tensioned slab, and concern that securing new allthread for the conduit could result in unpleasant consequences.

The 4" sewer pipe supports look plenty beefy and goes to the right place.
Is there any new NEC rule that would preclude attaching new raceway to the existing allthread?
There's a cable raceway going the other direction of course: we'll use that also, but need to get over in the sewer direction also.

1” conduit or EMT will be fine. That rod is more than strong enough for the added weight compared to the drain pipe
No NEC rule specifically.

How, exactly, do you plan to access the all-thread? Something like Caddy's 4Z3416P?
