For several months the admnistation at my assisted living facility have been searching for a better work order {w/o}/repair requestion computer program. The present system seems out dated & uses forms full of info blocks & other needless space that usually are never filled in by my co-workers. The facilites dept. consists of housekeeping, landscaping, security & maintenance & we all use the same system. I cannot speak for the other areas but with reguard to maintenance there are a great deal of mistakes in how the w/o's are described & distributed to the different trades. If I went into detail about some of the problems we have had since I've been there I would have several pages here.
Any help you can give me in this matter { i.e. maintenace program designer,etc} would be greatly appreciated
 
I have heard from very reliable sources that Aya Nova is good for what you are trying to do, right out of the box. Or you could try looking into Filemaker and its built in templates.
