Yes some counties do this. I believe we submit a one line. So the matter of the GEC is not defined.

Well next time take a copy of the POCO's handout and put a big red circle around the one you intend to install and tell the Building Department, "This here one." It's a lot cheaper to make the changes before the shovel hits the dirt.

It looks like the AHJ, POCO, and installers are all on the same page since some meetings have taken place. Inspections passed.
Personally, I will be using the service disco approach. I have always submited a 3 line. Then if remediations are required its on paper not in the field.

Looks okay to me, other than the comments I already made and the workmanship issues electrofelon raised that is really a different subject.

(The LR looks okay to me but I do sometimes get annoyed when my installers use 10 bucks of parts like that instead of just a bend and a kick.)
