I found the "NEC" for AS/NZS..and I think it's as/nzs 3000:2007..JUST WANNA make sure that I am on the right path..and did you say I need to talk to that guy regarding this?

That is the currently adopted code there. The are some different regs for AS and NZS contained in that book. Did you have a particular question?
