Australian / NZ equivalents to UL (specifically, lighting fixtures)

UL listed Lighting fixture manufacturer here. We have a customer that wants some of our product in Australia, and they sent us some code requirements they believe will apply to our portable fixtures:

DECORATIVE LIGHTING OUTFIT ? AS/NZS 60598.1 and AS/NZS 60598.2.20:2002.
SUPPLY FLEXIBLE CORD ‐ AS 3191:2008; or AS/NZS 60227.5:2003 with amendment 1 (PVC); or AS/NZS 60245.4:2003 with amendment 1 (Rubber).
EDISON SCREW LAMPHOLDER ? AS/NZS 3100 and AS/NZS 3140:2007 (until 30 December 2016) or AS/NZS 60238:2007.
CORD‐LINE SWITCH ? AS/NZS 3100 and AS/NZS 3127:2005.
PLUG ‐ AS/NZS 3100 and AS/NZS 3112 : 2004 with amendment 1.

Can someone educate me here? I don't know anything about the above references. I guess some of my questions would be: What is their equal to UL? What standards would apply to portable, cord & plug luminaires? Are these standards available to me so that I can review and assure our customer that our fixtures are constructed to their standards?

(I should note that the customer's AHJ has stated that the UL listing will be fine, but that they also want assurance that the units are constructed to their standards, even though they will not be officially listed with that standard.)

Thanks in advance for any helpful information...

You need to be in contact with ERAC, the Electrical Regulatory Authorities Council which is a relatively new body covering electrical safety for Aus and NZ.

You will also likely need to get "C-Tick" certification for EMC issues (kind of like CE certification or FCC approval), especially if you have any electronic balasts or power supplies in your equipment. I believe that you can contract with UL to get the C-Tick certification though, ask them.
