I need to get some cabling for a touchscreen and scale into this mixing room, is there something like a bulkhead fitting that I can use? Has anyone installed a system like this?

I am involved with the same situation. I am going to try to get information from the vendor.Also how is the room you are working in listed? CL 1 DIV. 1 ?
 
I have talked to the vendor 'Garmat" and was told that it is class1 div2 group D. the equipment is listed as such. The inspector is calling it class1 div1 because what is being stored inside, open containers of scrap thinner and such. The vendor was reading from nfpa 33 which says something about the amount of combustibles that can be stored, this room has an exhaust fan which runs all the time, not sure what the air change is. I am going to run the cabeling through a seal off on the outside into this room, the inspector said this will meet the requirements for class1 div1.

Check with local Fire Dept. classification can depend on the amount of product in room and how much is mixed at a time.
