Are hard wired automatic flush valves for urinals, lavs, and sinks required to be wired to a GFCI circuit breaker in a commercial or institutional installation?

In addition to agreeing with Bob's answer, I will add two things:

1. Take a look at NEC 210.8(B). It's about receptacle outlets, not hard wired connections.
