I'm looking at taking off a 30amp feed from a 500kw inverters 208vac bus to feed some local aux power. (this is separate from the 1400amp coming out of the inverter)
I'm running a #10 thhn to a 30amp fused switch then to a control panel.
Does NEC 240.21 (B)(1)(4) apply to this type of tap? Do i need to bump up the #10 to 1/0 because of the 1/10th rule for just a 20amp load?
