I have installed a auxiliary gutter (trough) above (2) 208 volt 3 phase panels, most of the wires feed directly through the trough; however (32) wires cross in the trough. Of these 32 wires, (7) are balanced neutrals - pulled with a network. My understanding is that only 25 of the wires can be counted as current carrying because the neutrals are balanced. Is this true?
