Please double-check me here:

Is there anything in the NEC code for a ground bar installed on a wall for IT or other equipment?
A punch list item asks, "How is the bar grounded per NEC 250?"

I have a #6Cu run from it to the main panel of the building where it lands on a ground bar with the GEC.

Thanks,

That “ground bar” is for telecom bonding and not a requirement of NEC article 250. This type of bonding is commonly required by telecom specs. Your 2nd paragraph answered what was asked

I agree the NEC doesn't care about these ground bars. As stated they have nothing to do with article 250.

The punchlist item could be simply looking for you to indicate how it was installed, such as "The ground bar is bonded with #6AWG CU back to the grounding electrode connection at the service entrance."
