Average cost for commercial construction.

What are the "average" prices you are charging in your area for new construction commercial work per square foot. Nothing heavy, lets say office complex type stuff. I know most of you don't bid by the sq. ft. per se but on average what does it come out to.

Your question is too vague. It would depend on the scope. Type of Lighting fixtures. Amount of controls/dimming. Is the building air conditioned? Data wiring? Fire Alarm? CATY? PA System? Security? Em Power? You get the idea...
