B-Phase Grounded Delta Service

We are upgrading electrical service to a large 1940's building that was previously served by 2400V B-Phase Ground Delta. We are installing new 13.8kV to 480V Delta-Delta transformers with B-Phase ground on secondary. The question I have is in regard to the supply side bonding jumper between the transformer secondaries and our service equipment. We believe it should be installed even though B-Phase is grounded. Thoughts?
