There are three conditions where raceways may be used as a means of support.
1. A cable tray may support raceways at their point of attachment.
2. The low voltage control circuit cable may be attached to the power raceway of a central a/c condenser.
3. A raceway may be used as a pendant support of a luminaire.
In general, I would say that the use of back-to-back Minerallac hangers to support one conduit from another is not permitted.
However, I have used them for supplemental support between power and control conduits installled in accordance with 344.30(B)(3).
