Can I run a lutron hi lume ballast off a single pole switch - undimmed?
Right now the black to the red gives a dim bulb

Can I bundle the yellow with the red and just toggle it within popping anything in the control ct?

Red is the steady line
and if it's an older or new switch can be bundled together or just do the red
