Im installing a 630KVA (delta-wye) transformer into system that was previously ran by 2 generators. Each generator had seperate loads thus there were seperate disconnecting means for each generator. My plan is to remove one generator and leave one for a backup system for essential loads. I only have a 3-pole manual transfer switch available. I'm going to connect the transformer into a main service disconnect with a 1200 amp main. I'll be grounded and bonded at the transformer and the service disconnect. A 250amp breaker from the service disconnect is feeding the transfer switch. The generator will also be feeding the transfer switch. The transfer switch feeds the panel with the essential load. My nuetrals are interconnected in the transfer switch (not being switched). Question is.....do I need to bond the nuetral at the generator or is this considered the load side of my main service disconnect. Can i get away with just providing an equipment ground for the generator and running an EGC back to the transfer switch and Main service disconnect. I've looked extensively in the IEEE and NEC and could use some feedback on my decisions. Thanks in advance.
