Ballast Inside Electrical Enclosure

I have an electrical ballast that looks a lot like a standard laptob computer power supply. I would like to install this ballast inside of a water proof electrical enclosure or junction box. One side of the ballast has a removable cord, the other side doesn't.

For the side that is not removable, how would I get this inside of junction box? The side that is not removable is connected to a UV lamp, so I do not want to splice it.

I have searched for "Notched" junction boxes and "Split" junction boxes, and all that I can find are the patents for these types of boxes, but no actual boxes.

Any ideas on how to get this inside of an electrical enclosure without having to splice the wire to fit through a strain relief/cord grip?:?

Will your ballast cable (and whatever is on the end of it) fit through this type of gland?

The rubber sections of the gland are split to allow you to "insert" the cable.

McMaster-Carr also sells that gland in stainless steel if you need more corrosion resistance, but the price is a bit eye watering at over $200.
